By placing an order with City Electronics, you agree to the following terms.
Order Confirmation
All online orders are confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Please provide accurate contact details.
Pricing
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions. The final price will always be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Full payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery time may vary from 2-7 working days depending on your city. Delivery charges (if any) will be communicated before dispatch.
Warranty
All products come with the respective manufacturer's/brand's official warranty. Warranty claims must be made with the original receipt.
Returns & Replacement
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or repair, subject to inspection.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Privacy of Your Information
Your CNIC, phone number and email are collected only for order verification, billing and delivery purposes, and are never shared with third parties.
Right to Refuse Service
City Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of stock.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Layyah, Punjab.
